Text	In 1818, Hannah T. Dabney (widow of Temple Dabney) was listed with 80 A. in the King William land tax list. In 1819, Horace White, who married Hannah T. Dabney, was listed for the first time with110 A. with a notation that 80 A. were from Hannah T. Dabney and 30 acres from George Gwathmey by deed. In King William County Records: Photostatic Copies in Virginia State Archives, abstracted by Elizabeth Hawes Ryland, v. 3, Deed Book #5 - 1805-1810 (Ms in Virginia State Library), p. 76, note that Hannah married Horace White in 1819. (Ryland’s statement that Hannah was first married to William Dabney Jr. is incorrect due to confusion of Hannah Temple Gwathmey with Hannah Temple Dabney, daughter of Richard Dabney.
